The Sausage/Biscuit Assembler is designed to increase your productivity while reducing your manpower. With an average output of 200 biscuits per minute (320 maximum), you will find that the Sausage/Biscuit Assembler will not only produce a higher quality assembly for less, but will also reduce your scrap cost.

The Standard Sausage/Biscuit Assembler is designed with the following features:

  • Biscuit slicer with all the features of our "12" Biscuit Saw"

  • A side-by-side conveyor system that can accommodate biscuits and sausage patties up to a three-inch diameter.

  • Assembler runs off of 90 PSI

  • Powered by 240 volts three phase

  • Constructed in stainless steel

  • Easy access doors to all areas for nightly wash downs

  • 4 loading stations  (2 biscuit, 2 sausage patty )

  • Mounted on wheels

  • Emergency stop buttons mounted on both ends of Assembler
